When you book Reinhardt Chateau, you are reserving an exclusive luxury experience. We provide a comprehensive foundation for your event so you can focus on the moments that matter.

  • Overnight accommodations for weekend bookings included
  • Use of space for rehearsal dinner and farewell brunch
  • Climate-controlled grand ballroom with interior seating for up to 250, featuring soft, luxurious wall draping
  • Reception tables and interior chairs included for up to 150 guests, plus 6 cocktail tables (additional rentals available if needed)
  • Exterior ceremony chairs included for up to 150 guests (additional rentals available if needed)
  • Open vendor policy allowing you to partner with any licensed caterer of your choice
  • Dedicated caterer prep room (refrigerator, sink, staging counters) and adjacent outdoor equipment space
  • Dedicated indoor and outdoor cocktail hour spaces, including the elegant Colonnade Lounge and the stunning Pool Promenade
  • Electrical outlets and extra capacity for DJs
  • Property available for engagement photos prior to your date

Single-Day Celebrations

In addition to our full-weekend experiences, Reinhardt Chateau now offers exclusive single-day bookings on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.

Single-day reservations grant you a private 12-hour block (11:00 AM to 11:00 PM). You will receive full access to all of the venue spaces and luxury amenities listed above, with the exception of rehearsal dinner access, overnight accommodations, and next-day farewell brunch access.
